Campus Compact of New York and Pennsylvania:
Allying to Enhance Member value

To ensure that we continue to meet our members’ needs as the higher education landscape evolves, we have made the exciting decision to form a strategic and structural alliance between Pennsylvania and New York Campus Compacts. Having already realized synergies through joint programming and funding, we will be formalizing the alliance by merging into a single nonprofit entity, Campus Compact of New York & Pennsylvania (CCNYPA). 
Our major purpose in forming CCNYPA is to increase value for our members. Launching with a combined membership of 125 colleges and universities, the alliance will expand our reach and increase our appeal for potential funders. Most important, it will allow us to provide resources, programming, and professional development networks that meet the needs of members who often have more in common with their peers across state borders than within them.

These sessions focus on sharing information and resources to increase skills, efficiency, capacity, and support for civic engagement and student leadership on campus. The Eastern Region Engaged Scholars Initiative seeks to develop, support, and connect leaders who can advance co-created knowledge, critically engaged pedagogies, institutional change, and collaborative action to address societal issues.

The National Inventory of Institutional Infrastructure for Community Engagement (NIIICE) is now free for all institutions. Help increase our understanding of the impact of community engagement in higher education by completing the inventory soon!
